1. WARRANTY

You as the customer accept that there is no warranty provided in connection with any of our products contained in this website or any link sites. We do not offer any product warranties beyond defective products at the point of purchase.

All sunstrips, vinyl graphics, number plates and other vinyl products supplied have been tested up to speeds of 70mph. Exceeding this limit may result in movement of the vinyl product and therefore we cannot be held responsible. Any car registration number plate produced by us may not meet the legal requirements and are sold as "off road" and "show use" only. All sunstrips, vinyl graphics, number plates and other vinyl products supplied may result in your vehicle failing the MOT test and it is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle to check with a registered MOT centre before applying any vinyl product.

2. DELIVERY

All our products are posted to our customers via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated or instructed.

We aim to get all our products to you in the shortest possible time. However, excluding Bank Holidays, normal delivery time will 3 to 7 working days from receipt of payment. Due to the use of Royal Mail for deliveries, the delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 28 working days delivery time.

3. DAMAGED & MISSING GOODS

Please allow up to 28 days delivery. Should your goods fail to arrive then contact our support team straight away. We shall then contact Royal Mail immediately and let you know the outcome and any further details.

If any supplied product arrives in a damaged state, please contact our support team straight away. Please do so within 3 working days of delivery. Please include your order number and any further details that will help us.

4.  RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

We only create and supply our products in accordance with information supplied to us directly from our customers. We cannot be held responsible for any products ordered incorrectly by the customer including, colour, size, spelling or typographical errors. If you have any question regarding an item, please e-mail our support team directly.

If you change or cancel the order after the original order has been posted, a charge will incur to cover our costs. You can cancel your order within 7 days of purchse or 7 days of receipt of goods, which ever is longer. However, as previously mentioned a charge will incur to cover our costs. All products must be returned to us in the original packaging along with your order number/invoice first before any refund will be given.

5. ONLINE PAYMENT

All our online payments go through a service provided by WorldPay. WorldPay are a world leader in multi-currency secure payment processing. Any credit card information you enter will go through a secure website via WorldPay. Orders outside the United Kingdom may result in price increase/reduction to follow the currency conversions. Please e-mail our support team if you have any questions regarding this matter.

6. USE OF INFORMATION

We are totally dedicated to keep all your personal information private. We do not disclose any information about our customers to any other party unless required to do so by law.

We may use customer contact information from the forms to send you information about our company. Our site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that as we do not control these other sites, we cannot be held responsible for their terms & conditions/privacy policies.

All trademarks and company logos are the property of their respective owners. We cannot be held responsible for any copyright issues that may arise. It is up to the customer to ensure they have the permission of the owner for its usage before purchasing.
